Mars Dinosaur Fossil - Proof Of Life On Mars?

An image taken by NASA's Curiosity rover shows what appears to be a fossil
that is incredibly similar to dinosaur and primate fossils found on earth.
Could this be proof that life similar to earth's was once on Mars?
